Mandatory Training

Our Standards
At the end of all our mandatory training courses, our up-and-coming carers are then assigned to our senior carers for shadowing. This means our senior carers will be accompanied by our junior carers to give them the experience they need to assist you on their own at the highest quality which is our standard.
Band 3 Training
Band 3 training is an exclusive training programme for staff whom we allocate, to manage clients that fit within the criteria of a band 3 client. The training that they undergo is:
