Balm Care Services Ltd began its journey as a private limited care company more than a decade ago - more specifically in June 2013. It was founded by 2 extraordinary minds who are currently co-managers, Trymore Machipisa and Comfort Bako-Machipisa.
The Founders
Both Trymore and Comfort, before founding Balm Care Services Ltd, had years of valuable experience in the Care and Health and Social Care services sector for the elderly and those who have difficulty with mental health.
Through the combination of their perseverance, to this day, they continue to apply their valuable experience and knowledge to Balm Care Services Ltd as unshakable co-managers which has allowed Balm Care to reach its current heights and still rising.
Our Principles
Our principles of respectfulness, friendliness and kindness run deep throughout the company's heart and we ensure that our staff treat everybody with the respect and compassion that they would want for themselves.
Location
Our base of operations is located in Selly Oak, Birmingham, West Midlands, with our office hours being from 9am-5pm from Monday-Friday. ​​The security of our service users is of the utmost importance and is handled with strict confidentiality. We are hypervigilant with our risk assessment procedures alongside the training and vetting processes for all of our staff.
Professionalism
​​We maintain a complaints procedure which service users can use in the knowledge that their concerns will be heard and acted upon. We also have supervision and training programmes for all our staff to ensure the highest quality of service.
