For Balm Care Services Ltd, it began in the early 2000s. Two parents—Comfort and Trymore—had just arrived in the UK, strangers in a new country, trying to build a better life for their young family. With no safety net, no deep-rooted connections, and three children to raise, they did what any committed parents would do: they worked. Hard.
​
Comfort—armed with experience as a nurse in her home country—spent 12 years serving in the NHS. She cared deeply. She listened. She learned. She saw what worked… and sadly, what didn’t. Trymore supported the family however he could, sacrificing time and comfort to build something more stable, more lasting.
​
By 2012, through years of long shifts, sleepless nights, and quiet sacrifices, they took a leap. Balm Care Services Ltd was born.

It wasn’t glamorous. It wasn’t easy. But it was rooted in something most companies can’t buy: lived experience, deep compassion, and a promise to treat every client like a member of their family.​​​​​​​​​
