Our no.1 priority in all areas of our care work is making absolutely sure that you are as comfortable and safe as humanly possible. We want to let you know that this is not limited to just your hostel but wherever you travel!

At Balm Care Services Ltd you are able to request a carer to accompany and supervise you wherever you desire to go. We understand that if, for example, you would like a carer to accompany you to a formal dinner, at your request, the carer can arrive in suitable clothing for the setting.

The carer's role as a chaperone is to provide support, maintain order, and assist you wherever needed. We also offer a variety of other services subsequent to this such as:

• Enjoying a chat with you over a cup of tea

• Walking your dog

• Accompanying you to the bank or to receive a pension

• Travelling with you to leisure or social activities

• Provide company when you have medical appointments
